Underoath Look Through the 'Kaleidoscope' on Upcoming CD/DVDUnderoath's adrenaline-packed, visually stunning live show has finally been captured in CD/DVD form. Survive Kaleidoscope is due May 27.
The entire 14-song concert was shot during Underoath's October 28 concert at The Electric Factory in Philadelphia and clocks in at around 65 minutes. "The footage on the live DVD came out far above our expectations, and [producer] Adam [Dutkiewicz, guitarist of Killswitch Engage] and [mixer] Beau [Burchell, guitarist of Saosin] outdid themselves in the audio department," Underoath guitarist Tim McTague said in a recent statement. Burchell served as the mixer for the CD portion of Survive Kaleidoscope, which includes 12 live tracks recorded from various stops on their fall tour across the U.S. Why wait until May 27 to pick up the record when you can pre-order it now at Underoath's merch page and receive some extra goodies in the process — a custom Underoath T-shirt designed by artist Justin Nelson and an autographed poster? Underoath are currently working on their fourth disc, with hopes to release it September 2. Survive Kaleidoscope CD track list: "In Regards to Myself" "A Moment Suspended in Time" "You're Ever So Inviting" "Returning Empty Handed" "Casting Such a Thin Shadow" "Moving for the Sake of Motion" "Writing on the Walls" "Everyone Looks So Good From Here" "To Whom It May Concern" "A Boy Brushed Red Living in Black and White" "It's a Dangerous Business Walking Out Your Front Door" "Young and Aspiring" See the band's outrageous live show for yourself when Underoath come to your town on the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour this summer. ![]() [Click on the image to see a gallery of Rockstar Mayhem artists.] Underoath tour dates: 7.9: Seattle, WA @ White River Amphitheatre 7.11: Sacramento, CA @ Sleep Train Amphitheatre 7.12: San Francisco, CA @ Shoreline Amphitheatre 7.13: San Bernardino, CA @ Glen Helen Pavilion 7.15: Fresno, CA @ Save Mart Center 7.16: San Diego, CA @ Coors Amphitheatre 7.18: Phoenix, AZ @ Cricket Wireless Pavilion 7.19: Albuquerque, NM @ Journal Pavilion 7.20: Denver, CO @ Coors Amphitheatre 7.22: Kansas City, MO @ Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre 7.23: St. Louis, MO @ Verizon Wireless Amphitheater 7.25: Dallas, TX @ Superpages.com Center 7.26: San Antonio, TX @ Verizon Wireless Amphitheater 7.27: Houston, TX @ Sam Houston Race Park 7.29: Tampa, FL @ Ford Amphitheatre 7.30: W.
