It's amazing that with radio and television overkill, you can get sick of a song that you once loved. At the beginning of the summer you were obsessed with it. You sing it to yourself all day long. By the end of the summer you have heard it played so many times that you want to throw your radio/tv out the window. Here is a list of the top 10 most played out songs of the summer. Post in comments if you agree or disagree. DJ Rossstar's top 10 most played out songs of the summer:10. Maroon 5 - "Makes Me Wonder" 9. Linkin Park - "What I've Done" 8. Tay Zonday - "Chocolate Rain" 7. Justin Timberlake - "Summer Love" 6. Fergie - "Big Girls Don't Cry" 6. Smashing Pumpkins - Tarantula 5. Muse - "Starlight" 4. Red Jumpsuit Apparatus - "Face Down" 3. Out of the 200 interviews I've done in the past five years, my interview with Mandy Moore ranks up there as one of my favorites. It took place in a comfy room backstage with a very relaxed environment. Mandy was just as sweet as she appears on television and in movies. The conversation flowed well and even my jokes managed to not fall flat. She really enjoyed hearing the original questions from her fans on Buzznet as well. Things I learned: Mandy's first concert was Janet Jackson, she's interested in learning how to cook and she is a fan of chick flicks. It was a ton of fun interviewing Mandy and I hope I get the chance to do another one with her in the near future. DJ Rossstar's interview with Mandy Moore: Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3

Rob Zombie's Halloween is in theater's today but you won't be hearing any of your favorite bands as the background music. In a recent interview, when asked about his obscure choice of music for the soundtrack (ie: Rush, Blue Oyster Cult) rather than using popular bands like Fall Out Boy, Zombie responded with, "I think that's the problem with most movies these days. You feel like they're trying to say, “Let's make sure we put this in because we think this is what's popular.” Zombie went on to say that people will only buy a movie soundtrack if it "re-creates the movie for them." Do you agree? Do you disagree? Battle it out in comments (below). Click here to listen to some exclusive tracks from the Halloween soundtrack. Tell me whether you agree (in comments below). "My dog ate my homework." "I forgot." For years, teachers have heard the same exact excuses from students who have forgotten to hand in their assignments on time. It's time to come up with some new ones and catch them off guard. Perhaps these might work...but probably not. Post your list in the comments. DJ Rossstar's Top 10 excuses for not doing your homework:10. My alpaca ate it. 9. My friend said she was going to do it for me but she got busy. 8. Sorry. I was watching a Degrassi marathon. 7. I spilled some hair dye and it was important that I use the homework to clean it up. 6. Why didn't you do the homework? 5. Chocolate Rainnnnnn. 4. I didn't know it was mandatory. They never show the kids on Newport Harbor doing homework. 3. I was filming a cover of Rhianna's Umbrella. 2. I got caught up writing fan fiction about Pete Wentz' slumber party with Frank Iero. 1. I was going to do it...but I'm just too emo.

My Chemical Romance
Headfirst For HalosI belive that Gerard {singer of the band} wrote this song when he was
still doing drugs, and going through a toughf time in his life. It
talkes about talking pill to get stoned and then blowing his brains
aginst the celling. It may seem wird that This song changed my life but
it did. At the end of the song gerard repits the lines 'THINK HAPPY
THOUGHT!" a few times. SO when ever I'm sad I just do what he said
'think happy thoughts!' That song shows that Gerard got thought it and
so did I.
The Used
Smother Me
When I lisen to this song it makes me relize that I'm not alone
anymore. I pretend that Bert {singer for the Used} is singing it to me,
and I always feel better. The song means a lot ot me.
Boys Like Girls
The Great Escape
It gave me hope. In the song these girls go on a trip or 'a great
escape' to a concert. It gives me a hope that i could make my own
'great escape' one day, to a beter place ^^
Plain White T's
Hey There Delilah
This song always makes me happy. To think that my boyfriend would do
the things that the singher in that song talk about.... Befor that song
I always saw the bad in people, and never the good. But after lising to
that song a few hundered times I relize that its beter to see the good
in people rather then the bad. SOme people just need the benifit of the
dought.
Between The Trees
The Way She Feels
I saved the best for last. If you have ever lisend to this song you
know what its about. {A girl that cut her self b/c she though no one
cared.} WEll I was in the same situwation. I cut my wrists on a regular
basis. But at the end of the song someone saved the girl. Ryan saved me
form myself. This is probaly the most lisend to song on my iPod. Its so
important to me. It helped me change for the better. I love you Ryan!

YellowcardOnly OneIt really changed my life. it made me realize who i should trust,
and who is going to be there with me forever, and who i'm going to
stand by. i love the line ' i let go, theres just no one that gets me
like you do, you are my only one.' because it really explains love in
general. and that theres only one person perfect for you. Underoath You're Ever So Inviting
It really explains life, and trying to be someone you're not. i love
the lyrics so much. 'to fit inside your mold, would be to sell myself
short' which is saying, why be something you're not and sell yourself
out. its saying break out, its saying be you.same with this line: 'oh,
my stories growing and growing it is, don't make me feel so
contradicting.' its all about trying to find yourself. Poison The Well Meeting Againt For The First Time
This song really changed my life. because i've been to alot of
hospitals. and the songs saying that you can't go to sleep, because you
don't know if you're going back to a hospital or rehab or something and
that you know you're doing wrong, but you can't stop.heres a chunk of
the lyrics: 'barely able to keep the lids open, at times i might think
i need the rest but who would want to go back there, its already hard
enough, to say i need it. bad memories and good times keep me from
believing that can still jump off. no longer, no longer the same.'
Paramore Misery BusinessDoesn't this song change everyone? i mean we all know cheaters, and
liars and whores. and we all fall in love with someone who's with one
of those. i love the line: ' second chances never matter people never
change.once a whore you're nothing more, sorry that'll never change'
because most of the time people like that don't change. just don't
become one of them. Lydia Smile You Won
Its a little confusing. but its about thinking in a relationship that
the other person doesn't love you. but you love them so much and never
want to give up. like the other persons feelings are changing, but you
still love them. this song is extremely sad, but you know this happens.
some of my favorite lyrics in it:'don't ever let me see those words on
your lips' 'what the hell did to me, you still are what i think' and 'i
hope theres still, a piece of me upon your bedroom floor where, you
curl up at night. nicotine is your air. stay to the face but, feelings
go over your head. ' Click Here to submit 5 songs that changed your life.

Hotel entreprenuer Leona Helmsley recently passed away and has left between four and eight billion dollars of her money to the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust. Her dog Trouble received $12 million from her will. Imagine all the dog food you can buy with that! The sad part of this story is that Helmsley did not leave any money for any of her great-grandkids and I don't think that Trouble will want to share. This story got me thinking about $12 million dollars and all the things I would spend my money on if I had that much. Post your own list in the comments. DJ Rossstar's Top 10 Things I Would Purchase If I Had $12 Million:10. All my favorite old arcade games that I could put in one room 9. My own movie theather that only shows horror movies 8. Fifteen was Nickelodeon's first teenage soap opera. The show took place at Hillside High School where a large number of characters went through real life scenarios such as dating, drug abuse and divorce. The show aired from 1991-1993 (65 episodes) and featured now-famous actor Ryan Reynolds. Sadly, the show has not made it to DVD. Click on the picture below to watch a comercial for Fifteen.

Gallows singer Frank Carter got tattooed onstage this past weekend during a live set. No stranger to body ink, Carter explained the sudden decision for a new one: " This has been the best gig of my life - I don't want to forget it. But in half an hour I won't be able to remember a f**king thing, so I'm going to get a tattoo." After receving the tat, Carter and the band finished their set. Now that's what I call punk. It would be impossible to list every awful tattoo out there because I see a whole batch of new ones per week. However, here are a few I have found on the Internet that are pretty terrible. Don't forget to list the worst tattoos you've seen in the comments. Top Five Worst Tattoos I've Seen
5. Autograph tattoos.
4. Your girlfriend's / boyfriend's name.
3. Just look.

2. This person's Google tattoo. 1. This person's Sidekick tattoo.

The Red Jumpsuit ApparatusFalse Pretense- This song helped me through a really rough time in my life and helped
me realize who my true friends were. At the time, I was having major
friend and trust issues, my 'best friend' basically stabbed me in the
back and this song helped me release all of my anger. After we had
gotten done fighting, I sent the lyrics and told her they reminded me
so much of her, we haven't really talked ever since. This song really
helped me though :].- Taking Back Sunday Otherside
- I absolutely love this song, it's one of my favorites by them. It also
has some of my favorite lyrics in it too. This song is really what got
me into TBS. Taking Back Sunday ended up changing my life so, I thank
them for writing this song. This song also reminds me of one of my
other friends and it helps me vent out frustration. 'She says to live
up to your first impression'. To me that means, you met the person and
you loved them so much, and then they just changed and they aren't the
same person anymore, whenever I think of that line I think of my
friend.- My Chemical Romance Demolition Lovers
- This song means the world to me, it's about loving someone so much
and trying to express how much you love them, and saying you would do
anything for them just to show them that. It reminds me of someone, i'm
not gonna say who but everytime I hear this song it reminds me of
someone, that I really care about, but things just wouldnt work out.
But this song may be old school, but it's still one of my favorites. - Foo Fighters My Hero-This song, is about all the normal heros, not the famous ones, the
ones that save lives everyday. To me, this song is about someone I hold
close to me, but has passed away unfortunatly. 'There goes my hero,
watch him as he goes'. It means alot to me and everytime I hear this
song, I think of that person, with great memories and great time. This
song is absolutely amazing.- The Used Buried Myself Alive
-This song means alot to me, and I listen to it often. 'I buried myself
alive on the inside, so I could shut you out, and let you go away for a
long time' is such a good lyric to me. Sometimes it helps me realize
that I need to stop shutting people out of my life because of my trust
issues and that in order to meet wonderful people and have amazing
friendships your going to get hurt in the process and you can't just
hide from everything. It's just helped me realize I have to come out of
my shell every once in a while, this song is the best.- Click Here to submit 5 songs that changed your life.

Do you have trouble sharing your poetry with your family? Maybe you're torn between 2 great guys and not sure which one to choose. Danny from National Product returns to the keyboard to type up a remedy for concerns like these. Check out this Rock N Roll Therapy. Shotgunmessage: There aren't many things my parents back me up on, but they do push me to write more since they believe I have major potential. The thing is the writing they see is so different from the stuff iI actually enjoy writing. They see poems, and lyrics, and such that are happy and rhyme and so on. Yet the stuff I usually write isn't like that. I tend to write using a lot of metephors. For example isntead of saying "he drinks a lot, or is an alcoholic" I would write "he found love in a shot-glass full of lies." So its more gray writing than black and white, I guess you could call it abstract. And i like that cuz I feel others should be able to take it how they want in tons of different ways. But my parents don't get it. So I never show them my real work. But it means so much to me, and I can't get them to understand that I don't want to explain every line to them because the whole point for me, is that others figure out the meaning on their own. Do you have an ideas on how I could get them to understand this or accept it? Danny: The special thing about what you and I do, is that its ART. It does not need to be understood by everyone or accepted by anyone. That what punk rock was all about. It was a state of mind and being where you did things because YOU understood it and it made sense to you and you werent doing it for everyone else or for the majority. The punk rock community formed based out of being looked at as minorities. It grew to be a huge gigantic movement within music and lifestyle which formed the genres of music you listen to you enjoy. All that came from a few people who said "you know what, screw the system, screw doing what im told to do, verses what i feel" My advice for you is to do what you feel. Its about passion, its about your heart and what your mind says is right. You parents will get it later on, and in the end should see the joy you experience in your writing, and that should be enough. If they never get it, remember one thing...YOU DO! Aphex TwinAvril 14thI have listened to this song at least 2 or 3 times every night for the past 3 years. I believe it is safe to say that it's my favorite song. Red Hot Chili Peppers Otherside
This is one of the few great rock bands of our generation that is still going strong. I love this song. I will never not love this song. Fiona Apple We'll Live And Die In These Towns
Such a unique voice. This is one of those songs that I can sing to and not have to think about the words. They just kind of come on their own. That tells you how many times I've listened to this song. Foo Fighters Vampires Will Never Hurt You Again- one of the few great rock bands that just keeps on giving us great music. This was the first song I'd ever heard by the Foo Fighters, and 10 years later, it's still my favorite. DFA 1979 Sexy Results If I could, I would say that every song by DFA changed my life, but since there isn't enough room for that, I picked this one. To me, this band is the epitome of good, hard, fast, straight-up rock. Oh and MSTRKRFT's version of this song is one of the best remixes ever. Are you worried about finding a boyfriend in college? Having serious difficulties at home with your father? Michael from Every Avenue gets serious with Buzznet users who are in need of advice from someone they can trust. Check out this Rock N Roll Therapy. msva93: I'm going to be a freshman at a governors school for the arts. I have heard that the school doesn't really accept people for who they are. The only reason I'm going to this school is because a whole shit load of artsy people go there and I thought it would be a great place for me to find more people like me. Also, I might have trouble finding a boyfriend because most of the guys that go there are gay or taken. HELP?! Michael: You can pretty much go any school and meet artsy people. We have tons of friends who go to non-art schools and some are in bands, are into photography or painting. When we play at any college we always end up meeting people who are extremely artsy. As far as finding a boyfriend, you can find one anywhere, not just school. Follow your heart!

Sex Pistols God Save The QueenThis was the first punk song or band i ever heard and it really made an impact on me and my life because before I was really into hip hop and rap and then I found music that was controversial and just didnt care what other people felt. And I think that this song was the first song 2 really cause a controversy. Green Day Holiday
Again one of the first punk bands I was into and holiday is my fave song of American Idiot, I love anything that speaks out about politics cos its the one thing that most people are scared to take a stand against because they think that politicians have so much power. And they wouldn't have so much power if more ppl spoke out against them.. ima stop now b4 I go into a whole politics rant! The Enemy We'll Live And Die In These Towns
This band is from the same town as me and they just sing about my town and its just something I can really relate to. That pretty much all I can say but if u havent heard of them u should check them out! My Chemical Romance Vampires Will Never Hurt YouThis was the first song off bullets that I heard and for some reason this was the song that eventually really made me want to have a career in film and become a director. Gerard's story telling in this song really brings it to life and tht really sets an example for me to be able to do the same thing but through film. Green Day Armatage ShanksSorry to add more Green Day but they are like my idols! In my opinion the best song off Insomniac and I think Billie Joe just really has a way with words in this song and thats really the only way I can explain it! Have you ever been to a concert in which the band performing has no original members, yet continue to play their old songs under the same band name? Apparently this is a serious issue in New York. Governor Eliot Spitzer has signed the Truth In Music law which will ban these non-original member groups from performing in the state or they will face a $15,000 fine. Spitzer explains: "Music artists work for years to build names for themselves in the entertainment industry. We should not allow others to impersonate their work and profit from that deception."
A majority of these fake bands come from the 50's era of music. Can you think of any?!

The Killers are giving us a treat to hold us over until their new album is released in 2008. The group are gathering possible tracks for the b-side disc which may include: "Ruby Don't Take Your Love To Town" and "Why Don't You Find Out For Yourself."
Remixes of Killers songs will appear on the record and the band might showcase some new material on it as well. Watch out this year for a Killers Christmas track as well called " Don't Shoot Me Santa" to benefit the AIDS charity RED.

Have you noticed that finding a person with natural red hair has become quite rare? National Geographic reports that currently only 2 percent of the world are redheads and by 2060 the redhead may become extinct. Global intermingling is to blame as people can find partners from all over the world, thus reducing the chances of two redheads hitting it off. Other experts believe the red hair gene might make a return in future generations. Do you have red hair? Are you worried about the future of your kind?

Punky Brewster was a TV show about a smart and funny girl who was abandoned by both her parents at a young age. Kevin Lyman has created both Warped Tour and Taste Of Chaos. Two of the most successful tours in recent memory. Now, Lyman is trying to work his magic in the film world by co-writing and executive producing a teen comedy entitled " Endless Bummer." The plot sounds like a ton of fun. A group of Ventura, California beach buddies go on the search for a stolen surfboard. The movie is supposed to take place in the early 80's and actor Matthew Lillard has signed on to appear in the film. " Endless Bummer" is estimated to be released in June of 2008 and early '80s punk music will be a staple of both the film and the soundtrack.

The Academy Is... You Might Have Noticed Such a great song and I definately can relate to it. Bullet For My Valentine All These Things That I HateI guess that the things that we hate most stays with us longer. Incubus Pardon Me
Strong lyrics, I like it because I'm trying my best to be better. Linkin Park One Step CloserIf Icould I'd post every single song of LP but I post these one because of the title (obviously the lyrics are great) I think everybody breaks down every once in a while...others, most of the time. No Doubt Magic's In The Makeup
I (L) No Doubt and this song rocks. How you can hide from what u r and change so fast just with powder and eye liner. U can be someone else if you want. But at the end it will come off and u realize that ur a fake without that layer of makeup. U don't get to choose who u r. Click Here to submit 5 songs that changed your life.

The self-proclaimed " Guitar King Of Las Vegas" is at it again. This time the "king," otherwise known as Ed Roman, has put together a website dedicated to the weirdest guitars ever made...and believe me, they are very weird. Have you ever seen a guitar that looks like a great white shark? How about one that is covered in white fur? Roman's got them displayed on his page alongside a ton of other wacky guitar wonders. How much would you pay for a scissor guitar like the one below?

I was fortunate enough to be taken to concerts by my parents at a very young age. I have always loved music and from the very beginning enjoyed attending live performances. I have posted a list of the first five concerts I ever went to and I hope you will post your own list in the comments. DJ Rossstar's First Five Concerts
1. New Kids On The Block Nassau Coliseum 1990
I was 8 years old and New Kids On The Block was the biggest boy band in the world. All I remember about this concert is that the mostly female audience were yelling so loud that I could hardly hear the group. Plus I was all the way in the back. I'm not embarrassed to admit I went to this show, but I am embarrassed that I used to have a poster of them in my room.
2. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles "Coming Out Of Their Shells" Tour Radio City Musical Hall 1990I was obsessed with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and at the height of their success, the turtles held a special concert in New York City. The turtles played instruments and sang songs such as " Pizza Power" and " Cowabunga." April O' Neil appeared in the live show as did Shredder. At 8 years old, there was nothing more amazing to witness than this. 3. Rockapella New York City 1992
In 1992, my favorite TV show was the children's game show " Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?" The house band was Rockapella. They sang the catchy theme song to the show as well as a bunch of cover songs. My parents took me to see them in NYC and I got pictures with them and their autographs. It was the first time I had ever met musicians that I was a fan of. 4. Green DayNassau Coliseum December 2nd, 1994
This was my very first Green Day show. I was 12 years old and my parents went with me. I remember our seats were pretty far back. There was an insane amount of people there and I remember being amazed by their live show as I still am to this day. 5. Green DayNassau Coliseum November 12th, 1995 Green Day came back to Nassau Coliseum on the " Insomniac" Tour. My friend's mom took us to the show and we were seated even further back than the year before. At one point Billie Joe insisted that people in the seats jump into the pit...but we weren't allowed to. Once again the band put on an incredible show with an even better setlist than the year before.

Five Songs That Changed My Life

The Used I'm A FakeIt's a song that I feel like we could all relate too. There's
definitely been some times where I've felt like a fake. Especially when
I had just moved to a new place and started a new school. I had the
wrong friends and hated my life. I wish I had known of this song during
that time. Luckily the next year I changed to a better group of
friends. But the point is, whether it's changing yourself to impress
someone you like, [I'm sure everyone's done that at least once] to
trying to stand out in the crowd, I've thought about how I felt like
such a fake.
My Chemical Romance Famous Last WordsAll I can say is this song is really powerful when you listen to it. "I
am not afraid to keep on living." That line is the motivation for kids
who are about to give up on life to just keep living. This song is
amazing and I wish I could say more about it but the words in it say it
all. Papa Roach ForeverThis is the perfect song to describe how much you like someone. I can't
really say much on this either, other than when it's addictive to
listen to.
Coldplay In My Place
Coldplay always write great songs. And this one is definitely one of my favorites. It's just another perfect song to listen to.
Escape The Fate Reverse This Curse
I wouldn't say this is my top favorite song of all time but again, this is just another really good song.

Mae keyboardist Rob Sweitzer chats with Buzznet about his favorite Mae album, the songs he's most proud of and the song he's most embarrassed of. DJ Rossstar: Out of all the songs on Singularity, which are you the most proud of and why?1. sometimes i can't make it alone. 2. crazy 8s 3. waiting 4. rocket 5. telescopes 6. reflections Rob Sweitzer: I like these songs because of the music and the message behind each. I enjoy playing each song as well. A poignant lyric from reflections..."when does the spiritual meet with the physical is this the typical question? down below and up above it looks the same so i'm not sure of anything. where will love come from again?" DJ: You are going to be on tour until the end of the year. Will you be changing the setlist throughout the tour? RS: Yes. As of right now we are headlining so we have a headline set that is pretty fixed with the show production that we have with us, however, we are going to rotate a few new songs in and out before this tour ends in September. When we tour with Motion City Soundtrack in October, our set will have to be shorter and I'm sure that we will switch up our support setlist often. DJ: Is there anything on Singularity that will surprise long time listeners of Mae?RS: The album represents a progressive and natural change in us as a band. In addition to that, there are many different surprises that people are just now beginning to find out about the record such as hidden songs and lyrics. DJ: If someone has never heard of Mae before, which song on Singularity would you recommend they listen to first?RS: I would recommend Brink Of Disaster, Sometimes I Can't Make It Alone, or Crazy 8s. DJ: Are there any places that you are playing this time around that you have never been to before?RS: This being a small club tour, there are many smaller venues that we have not played such as The Northstar in Philadelphia and Schubas in Chicago. Both venues are awesome. We enjoyed the intimacy of the show immensely. DJ: How much time and planning goes into your video journals? What are some of your favorite videos to watch online?RS: Much planning went into all of the webisodes leading to the launch of our new site and album release. It helps to have a talented videographer and documentarian who is always with us, Brett Brownell ( Benji Bozworth). DJ: Aside from your new album, are you a bigger fan of Destination: Beautiful or The EverglowRS: I enjoy this current record so much that that is a difficult question for me to answer. There are a few songs off each of those records that I like so I will say it's probably a draw between The Everglow and Destination: Beautiful. DJ: Do you have any Mae ringtones on your own phone?RS: Nope. DJ: Has anyone ever mistaken you for someone in another band?RS: Not in any serious manner. Besides I don't want to make things difficult for myself. DJ: Is there any Mae song that was released that you are embarrassed of?RS: Probably, to a certain degree, " We're So Far Away".

Can you play guitar? How about air guitar? Andrew " William Ocean" Litz sure can and he's proven it by winning this year's US Air Guitar Championship. After four weeks of stiff nationwide competition, the main event took place at the Fillmore at Irving Plaza in New York City where Litz beat out 13 other Regional champs as well as the defending National champ Hot Lixx Hulahan. I'm looking for Buzznet's guitar champion. I double dog dare you to post a video or photo of yourself rocking out to some sweet air licks. Don't be shy. Journal posts are welcome too. Please tag them: air guitar and they will show up here.

Half of the show featured Mario and Luigi as live actors living in Brooklyn. A ton of celebrities guest-starred on this portion of the show including Vanna White and Magic Johnson. The other half of the show featured Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool, Toad and King Koopa in cartoon form. After 45 years together, The Rolling Stones are set to play their final show this Sunday, August 26th and London's O2 Arena. Now in their 60's, old age seems to have finally caught up to Mick Jagger and the gang. An unknown source reveals: " We've been told this will be
the last tour. Embarking on a Stones world tour takes years to plan. Mick and Keith would be in their late 60s by the time they would be
ready to rock once more."
With legendary rock bands like the Stones, you can never tell which tour will actually be their last. (See: Kiss) Just in case this really is the final show, you should fly in and watch history in the making.

Blink 182 All the small things
The summer of 1998 was the best!!! I won't ever forget!!! My first crush...he was in a punk band (I think some think like that), he's sooo cute...I miss those days. Christina Aguilera Fighter
I was in high school and in Advance Dance, a junior. It was my favorite thing in the world to do...DANCE. My dance teacher had this dance to her song...the day we performed it for the school I was late...I think I was late because of my ex...I was looking forward to show off my skills and standing outside the gym's door thinking if I should go out there (knowing it was way too late) and dance to the rest of the song (only a few more 8 counts left in the song). I just ran outhere and was so embarrassed that I did that. You should've seen the way my dance teacher looked at me. I thinks she hates me for it...maybe a little. *wipes forehead* That took alot of guts to tell...I don't really get embarrassed about things but that was one of them. Alicia keys Goodbye
I didn't know how to do or when, if the time was right...I didn't want to hurt anyone anymore. I knew the longer I waited it was going to be difficult. I'm still learning. The Fray Cable Car
This song opened my eyes to the things going on around me. I was in a deep sh*t hole of denial. Realizing that I needed and have to face my past & move on, it was really hard fighting my way through it all...I'm still fighting. Paramore Pressure
This song helped me through a really tough decison. Trust me when I say it was long over due. I still have a few more things that I need & have to get through. To me, it feels worst than feeling like you're dying (to me & I've felt like I was dying more than enough in this life). Click Here to submit 5 songs that changed your life.

Warped Tour is a fun festival where people of all ages can check out some of their favorite musicians and discover new ones. Unfortunately, Warped Tour's stop at The Gorge Amphitheater in Washington resulted in a riot following the day-long event. Responding to a call, police arrived at a nearby campground where many Warped-goers were staying, only to find burning portable toilets and a bunch of fights. Campers started to hit deputies with cans, bottles and rocks. Five people were arrested. It took until 5 a.m. the next morning for police to gain control. Those rioters minds sure were warped!

Avril Lavigne Nobody's Home
Don't laugh at that. I felt like this song was how the world looks at
me. I mean, I'm hard to understand and no one will ever know how to
help me. So, I felt like I was reaching out to to no one. This song
helped me get through that.
AFI God Called In Sick Today
Well, this is sort of obvious. You see, I think everyone has had a day
in their life where they felt like God wasn't looking over them and
that they had nothing to live for. I mean, I have them alot. Though
this song doesn't necessarily capture all of that title; it still was a
song that summarizes my youth.
Boys Like Girls On Top Of The World
This song really describes how I've always felt about my idols. I fall
in love with them...although its stupid and childish, it happens to me.
And it hurts when I'm forced to bare the harsh reality of knowing that
it'll only be a dream. Nothing more, nothing less. It's hard but I live
with it. I'd rather live in a dream then deal with reality so I lock
myself in my thoughts. Make sense?
Fall Out Boy I've Got a dark alley...
I feel like this song lived up the reference of (summer song) because
this was the song of my summer. Summer is miserable and we find out our
every flaw and how untalented we are. We endure heartbreak,
disappointment, regret, and endless replaying of our memories. Summer
never was the highlight of my life and it never will be. But thats why
I truly enjoy this song and its negativity. It reassures me that it's
not only me.
The Cure Strange AttrractionI
could've chosen another song for this but there was too many to choose
from. There's alot of songs that changed my life but this was one of
the many. This song is about a girl who sends letters to a boy,
thinking that she's in love with him, who led him on with poetry and
romantic words, then met him and realizing it was another infatuation,
leaving him absolutely heartbroken. I might seem that same as that girl
but I'm not one who confuses my emotions. I can't be sure but I know
that I have a strong connection with certain people...I apologize that
this was so long.

Don't you hate it when you chew gum for so long that it loses it's flavor? Imagine what this one must taste like! During a recent dig in Finland, an archaeology student discovered a piece of chewing gum (complete with teeth marks) that is 5,000-years-old. The gum is made of birch bark tar and it is said that Neolithic people chewed this type of gum to help rid of gum infections. This is one of the oldest pieces of gum ever discovered.

fingersxcrossed is sick of being asked if she cuts her wrists because of the music she listens to. Will from Amber Pacific comes to her rescue with some solid advice and also discusses true friendships, the fear of death and cliques with other Buzznet members. Check out this Rock N Roll Therapy. xb0bx: When i was 8 my mom died. and a few months after she died my little sister died. now im 18 and my dad is getting remarried. even thought i dont live with them anymore im still kind of freaked out by this. i even get a new little sister. i dont want a new sister or mom. i dont want my dad to marry her. and my dad gives the new girl everything she wants its like he forgot about me. want am i going to do? Will: Being 18 is a strange for a lot of of teenagers and considering all that has happened I can see how it can be especially hard to deal with something like this. You have to try to look at things from a different perspective, maybe look at things outside of the box, take ourself out of the equation. Rather than think about what you're going to do try to think of others. You have to know that your mom and sister want nothing more than for you to be happy to know that your mom and sister want nothing more than for you to be happy but you can't forge that they went your dad to be happy too. If having someone new in his life brigns him happiness than you can do nothing more than to just be happy for him. As for the new little sister you'd be getting, just try to be a role model for her and most of all just be there for her. No one can ever really be replaced in the wake of tragedy but that doesn't mean your life to stop theirs.

Richard Quintana has created a solution to the boredom you experience while using the bathroom. A toilet that is also an aquarium. Genius! Part of the gimmick is that when you flush the toilet, the tank water appears to be draining... but it's just an illusion... the fish are safe. Creatively called "Fish 'n Flush" you can have your own for only $300. If you get one, I'm coming over to check it out.

With System Of A Down on hiatus, guitarist Daron Malakian and drummer John Dolmayan aren't ready to sell their instruments just yet. Malakian has announced that his musical side-project Scars On Broadway has made a return and will include Dolmayan. At this time it's unsaid if original members Casey Chaos and Zach Hill will complete the line up. Having only released a demo, the band plan to create new music and have even mentioned the idea of peforming live. Hopefully this will hold you over until System Of A Down make their return (if they ever do!)

A different music group from each city with a Major League Soccer team has recorded a soccer anthem for them that is available free of charge. Here is the list of soccer anthems. Which are your favorite? Akwid: "¡Chivas Explosivas!" (Chivas USA) Bad Brains: "D.C. United" (D.C. Have you been wrongfully accused of being emo? Do you have an extreme case of paranoia? Cody from The Dangerous Summer is here to offer his advice to Buzznet members who are dealing with issues like these. Check out this Rock N Roll Therapy. xb0bx: When i was 8 my mom died. and a few months after she

even get a new little sister. i dont want a new sister or mom. i dont want my
dad to marry her. and my dad gives the new girl everything she wants its like he
forgot about me. want am i going to do? Cody: I'm sure your dad has not
forgotten about you, and I'm sure he knows it is a little weird for you, he may
not give you the attention you usually recieved because like you said before you
don't live with him anymore and you are alot older now. Even if you do not
neccisarily approve of this marriage, you should be happy for your Dad, I'm sure
he would want you to be, and maybe you could give his new wife a chance, it
might not be as bad as you think.
