Warped Tour – the longest-running music road trek out there – opened its latest chapter over the weekend with shows in Pomona, California (Friday); San Francisco (Saturday); and Ventura, California (Sunday). So the day has finally arrived once again. It's scary how fast the years go by once you are out of college ... stay as long as you can. Thanks to everyone who has left me a birthday comment so far.

Tonight's celebration should be lots of fun and I will try and take as many pictures as possible so you can see what went down throughout the day and night.

I had the chance to meet a few of you at Warped Tour Pomona yesterday. It was my 10th year going and my biggest complaint was that it was extremely hot. Honestly, hotter than any Warped Tour I have ever been to. I was busy doing interviews for Buzznet during the first half of the day but caught sets from Cobra Starship, Katy Perry, Pennywise, Reel Big Fish, Angels & Airwaves, Say Anything and a few others. I had a good time but this year's lineup was lacking some of my favorite bands this time around. I won't be attending Ventura's Warped on Sunday but will be hosting this wonderful afterparty ... so come!

While I'm not a regular hip-hop listener, I find myself wanting to travel back in time to catch sets from those Warped Tour performers who didn't exactly fit the punk-rock "mold."More.
