I honestly don't think that they'd go from such a great producer as Cavallo to someone like Linda Perry . . . I'd take it as a rumor until they confirm it.

I like to call myself Green Day's number one fan. They introduced me to rock music when I was a little girl and I have been a diehard fan ever since. I know what Green Day is all about and I know that they will do everything the way they want to. Mike Dirnt says that they always keep everything "maximum Green Day" and I think that is how it is gonna stay. The band I know wouldn't let anyone change their sound. However, I don't understand how they could not work with Rob Cavallo. That news totally and completely shocked the hell out of me.
